Community Living Dufferin (CLD) supports individuals with intellectual disabilities in achieving their employment goals. We partner with local employers to create meaningful opportunities, including both paid and volunteer positions. Our Employment Services team provides job readiness support such as resume writing, interview preparation, and on-the-job training to help individuals build confidence and succeed in the workplace.

Community Living Dufferin (CLD) offers a wide range of flexible skill-building, leisure, and recreational activities tailored to the interests and needs of each individual.
Options Day programs are designed to promote personal growth, social connection, and community inclusion. Adults with intellectual disabilities, as well as students transitioning from school, can participate on a full-time or part-time basis. Activities take place both at CLD’s main building and throughout the community, providing opportunities for learning, engagement, and meaningful experiences in inclusive settings. -
