These are forever homes, welcoming spaces thoughtfully decorated and personalized to reflect the choices, preferences, and individuality of the people who live there. Specialized Regional Resource
This home is dedicated to supporting adults with Prader-Willi Syndrome.
Their distinct needs are met through a carefully structured environment, personalized programs, and targeted intervention strategies. Staff receive specialized training to ensure they are equipped to provide consistent, knowledgeable, and respectful support tailored to individuals with Prader-Willi Syndrome.
Supported Independent Living (SIL)
Many adults with intellectual disabilities live in their own homes or apartments with just 3 to 5 hours of weekly support.
CLD provides practical support to promote daily independence, build life skills, and foster meaningful engagement in the community.
