Wellness Skills: Certificate Program
Enhance your overall well being with our Wellness Skills program. Each week focuses on a different topic designed to support your physical, mental and emotional health. Through engaging activities, discussions and practical tips, you’ll learn valuable skills to help manage stress, improve self care and build healthy habits. Join us to explore new ways to take care of yourself and feel your best. Participants will receive a Certificate of Completion on the last session.
