Aisha is a Program Consultant at Treasury Board Secretariat (TBS) where she leads strategic initiatives that strengthen data governance and workforce planning. She holds a Human Resources Management (HRM) certification from the University of Toronto (UofT).

Throughout her career, Aisha has championed equity, accessibility, and leads enterprise initiatives that improve policy and service delivery. Her professional experience is complemented by a longstanding commitment to community leadership through volunteering, mentoring, and advancing opportunities for individuals facing systemic barriers.

As a volunteer Board Director at Community Living Dufferin (CLD), Aisha brings a strategic governance perspective to support the organization's mission of empowering people with intellectual disabilities to achieve their fullest potential. She is committed to advancing inclusive communities and ensuring organizational decisions reflect the values of collaboration, community commitment, valuing people, equity inclusion, and innovation.

When not in the office, Aisha loves spending quality time with her husband, family, friends, and designing decorative candles.
