QPAC occupies 5400 square feet of custom designed, well organized, flex space in Community Living Dufferin's new building on County Road 3, Orangeville. With one truck level and 1 ground level dock, QPAC is able to accommodate all of your shipping needs.

By utilizing a flex space model, QPAC staff members are able to adjust the floor space to meet their customer's specific requirements. QPAC offers flexibility to each of their current 18 customers production needs by working on a variety of schedules from daily, weekly, monthly to annually.

Presently QPAC employs 46 people and has a pool of 15+ "on call" people who are available on an "as needed" schedule. QPAC employees specialize in performing custom assembly jobs. With an eye for detail, QPAC's employees are very skilled in assemblies which require one to several steps for completion.

Jobs are quoted based on a "per piece" formula and all QPAC employees are paid in this piecework manner. QPAC's manager Denyse Small provides a quote for the contact after an initial meeting with the customer and when the quote is accepted, Denyse Small and her staff then meet with the customer to discuss the details of the job. All customers are encouraged to visit QPAC in order to familiarize themselves with the operation and layout for their individualized job requirements.
